These Terms of Service govern the use of Video Upload Automation ("the Application").

Purpose of the Application

Video Upload Automation is a private application designed to help authorized users upload and manage videos on YouTube channels that they own or manage.

The Application uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to provide its video upload and video management functionality.

Authorization

The Application may only access Google and YouTube accounts after the user explicitly grants permission through Google OAuth.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to access and manage the YouTube channels used with the Application.

User Content

Users retain ownership of the videos and other content uploaded or managed through the Application.

Video Upload Automation does not claim ownership of user content.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use the Application for unlawful activities, copyright infringement, spam, abuse, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Google or YouTube policies.

Google and YouTube Services

The Application relies on Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API. Users must also comply with applicable Google and YouTube terms, policies, and requirements when using the Application.

Availability

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Availability may be affected by changes to Google services, the YouTube Data API, network conditions, maintenance, or other technical factors outside the Application operator's control.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from misuse of the Application, unauthorized account access, third-party service interruptions, or changes to Google or YouTube services.

Termination and Revocation

Users may stop using the Application at any time and may revoke the Application's access through their Google Account security and permissions settings.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated when the Application's functionality, policies, or legal requirements change.
